第一条每学年开学初，图书馆根据国际教育学院提供的留学生名单为其已办理的“校园一卡通”开通进馆和借阅功能。 1. At the beginning of each semester, the library of the university shall activate the functions of the campus card for entering the library and borrowing books according to the name list provided by the IES. 第二条已开通“一卡通”进馆及借阅功能的留学生享受我校普通学生的借阅权限，即：本科留学生，可借阅中文图书5册；研究生留学生可借阅中文图书15册，借期为2个月，并可续借一次。此外，每位留学生可短期借阅外文图书2册（不分本科生或研究生），借期为1个月。留学生应遵守图书馆借阅管理制度，按时归还所借图书。 2. International students who have had their cards registered have the same borrowing authority as Chinese students, i.e. international undergraduates can borrow 5 Chinese books at a time, and international graduates can borrow 15 books for 2 months at a time, and can renew them once. Besides, each international student (including undergraduates and graduates) can borrow 2 foreign language books for 1 month at a time. International Students shall abide by the rules of library and return the books borrowed on time. 第三条所有外国留学生读者都应遵守图书馆的各项管理规章制度（详细内容请查阅图书馆网站主页“规章制度”的有关条款），与图书馆员和其他读者一起共同创造和维护良好的资源利用环境。 3. All international readers shall abide by the management rules and regulations of the library (for detailed information, see relevant articles of the regulations on the homepage of library website), create and maintain a good environment with the staff and other readers for better use of resources. 第四条留学生留学时间到期后，其“一卡通”的借阅功能将自动终止。留学生离校之前应归还所借图书馆所有图书，国际教育学院应在接到图书馆确认还清图书通知后，方可为其办理离校手续。 4. The loan function of the card will automatically terminate when the academic study of international students ends. Before leaving the campus, students shall return all books borrowed from the library. The IES will run through leaving formalities for a student after receiving the notice from the library notifying that he/she has returned all books. 第五条本规定自2009年10月起试行，其它未尽事宜由图书馆负责解释。 5. These rules have been put into practice on a trial basis since October 2009, and the library shall be responsible for the further explanations for matters not mentioned herein. |
